Please note that while shipping is free, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 11:00 PM (CET/CEST) will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 6–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Total shipping time

7–10 business days (1–2 processing + 6–8 delivery)

Tracking Information

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment via the website of the relevant carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Royal Mail.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier congestion, customs procedures, or unforeseen logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns

If customers wish to return their package, it must first be approved through our customer service team. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
